A proud Georgia native, Dr. Makayla Riles is from Ellaville, growing up in Columbus and now calling the Fountain City home. She graduated from Georgia Southern University and then attended Mercer University School of Medicine. After graduating from MUSM, she completed my residency in Family Medicine here in Columbus at Piedmont Midtown. Dr. Riles is married with a daughter who is one-year-old. Her family includes three dogs and a cat. In her spare time, she enjoys hanging out with her family and friends as well as playing golf.

I am trained in several procedures including joint and musculoskeletal injections, cryotherapy, suturing and removal, removal/biopsy of certain dermatologic lesions and more.

I value the long-term relationship with the patient and treat patients as I would want my family treated. For patients meeting me for the first time, I hope to portray how honored I am to care for them and hope to build relationships that last decades.
